For those who have passed the online Gate Exams and would like to travel to Germany to complete training or for those who would like other services. Common Documents for a German Visa Application:

1. Visa Application Form: Completed and signed visa application form. For Schengen visas, use the standard Schengen visa application form.

   Passport: Valid passport with at least two blank pages and valid for at least three months beyond the date you intend to leave the Schengen area. It should also have been issued within the last 10 years.

   Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs (usually 2) that meet the specific requirements for visa photos.

   Travel Insurance: Proof of travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000, covering the entire Schengen area for the duration of your stay.

   Flight Itinerary: Booking or reservation of flight tickets showing entry and exit from the Schengen area.

   Accommodation Proof: Confirmation of hotel bookings or a letter of invitation from a host, including details of their residence and your relationship to them.

   Proof of Financial Means: Evidence that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay. This can include bank statements, payslips, or a sponsorship letter if someone else is covering your expenses. Cover Letter: A personal cover letter explaining the purpose of your visit, itinerary, and details about your stay.

   Visa Fee: Payment of the visa application fee. This fee is usually non-refundable.Proof of Employment or Enrollment: For employed individuals, a letter from your employer confirming your employment and leave of absence. For students, a letter from your educational institution.Additional Documents: Depending on the purpose of your visit, you may need additional documents, such as:Business Visa: Invitation letter from the business partner in Germany and proof of business activities.

   Student Visa: Proof of enrollment in a German educational institution.

2. Family Reunion Visa: Proof of relationship with the family member in Germany, such as marriage or birth certificates.
